About
A private coach
for private work.
For over 14 years, I have worked across mental health and wellbeing services, supporting people through a wide range of challenges with empathy, evidence-based practice, and a person-centred approach. My experience has given me a deep understanding of the psychological, emotional, and practical factors that influence wellbeing, resilience, and personal growth.
Alongside my work in mental health services, I have spent the past six years coaching university students, helping them build confidence, manage academic and personal pressures, develop resilience, and achieve their goals. I believe that meaningful change comes from understanding each person's unique strengths and creating practical strategies that support lasting progress.
My academic background complements my professional experience. I hold a bachelor's degree that led to a career in mental health, and I have completed postgraduate education in psychology, allowing me to integrate psychological theory with real-world practice.
Whether I'm working with students, professionals, or individuals seeking greater wellbeing, my approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and evidence-informed methods. I aim to create a supportive environment where people feel heard, understood, and empowered to make positive, sustainable changes in their lives.
